Basic Package: Sell your services via our platform

  • Addition of 1 product
  • Creation and upload of Media Galery (Quality Images required)
  • Formatting of your Product image (based on website design template)
  • Adding of subpages:
    • Descriptions (Short and Long)
    • Additional Information
    • Practical information
    • Book a free consultation
    • Activation of reviews
    • 1 optional additional page customised to your needs
  • Creation of pricing modules
  • Standard share of your product on our socials (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter)

Standard commission on sold items: 30% of the amount sold

Premium package: Basic package plus

  • Addition of 4 products or services
  • Pre-qualification of services by skilled qualification team (Warm Leads)
  • 1 landing page
  • Feature your product on relevant pages on the website
  • Max 4 coupons (discounted or special prices)

Standard commission on sold items: 30% of the total amount sold

Practical information

To enable us to make the best use of your and our time, it’s important to carefully prepare the following prerequisites:

  • Make sure you supply us with the documentation required to add to your product
    • Descriptions (Short and Long)
    • Additional Information
    • Practical information
    • Book a free consultation
    • Activation of reviews
    • 1 optional additional page customised to your needs
  • Share a high-resolution business photo
  • Share max 5 product or solutions images to compliment your services
  • When available, share web links to interesting documentation or experience related information

All text is preferably supplied as Word or text file.

Scheduling Services

We love Calendly. The online scheduler which makes organising meetings easy. We suggest if you do not use an online scheduler to activate one and connect this with your mail solution. Calendly offers 1 meeting type for free.

Turn around times:

  • Our standard service level is 5 working days upon receiving the complete information.
  • No work will be started until all documentation is complete

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy

EU Law prescribes that for all services acquired via our DnA MarketPlace, 14-days no question asked refund is applicable. If you change your mind or made a mistake. You don´t have to worry. We will refund you the amount paid as long as the services have not been delivered!

What happens if I already received the services?

If the services have been delivered by the associate, DnA will mediate a solution and ensure that for both parties there is a satisfactory outcome.  Although DnA is not the ultimate contract partner, be assured that we will do everything we can to ensure that there is a good solution for all involved parties!

Exchange Policy:

Alternatively, we can offer you an alternative service to cover the needs of your organisation. Besides the solutions we have online, our consulting team is able to offer customised solutions to answer any business question you have. We this simple and ensure quick resolution.
