The Business Dimension of Change

Listed below are standard steps of a typical business change project. Whether formalized

in a project management discipline or not, most managers will feel comfortable managing these phases:

  • Identify a business need or opportunity
  • Define the project (scope and objectives)
  • Design the business solution (new processes, systems and organizational structure)

The People Dimension of Change

Even with an effectively architected project plan, however, the most commonly cited reason for project failure is problems with the people side of change.

In parallel, the five steps or outcomes to build on the people side of change are the elements of the ADKAR Model:

All assessments will deliver an assessment report and suggestions to optimise the success of the transformation. We will cover communication, training, and activities needed to make the transition as seamless as possible, taking into account strategical, tactical and emotional tools for the organisation to use and apply.

This is a customised service and will require insights into the core objectives, business challenges and stage the organisation is in. Our services are based on a remote-first policy, however, if travel is needed and possible, can be completed onsight.

As with all DnA services our objectives are not just to deliver upon the demand, but also ensure that all our results and designs are sustainable in the long term. We combine the work with a high level of coaching to ensure organisations are able to replicate the approaches themselves for other initiatives.

EU Law prescribes that for all services acquired via our DnA MarketPlace, 14-days no question asked refund is applicable. If you change your mind or made a mistake. You don´t have to worry. We will refund you the amount paid as long as the services have not been delivered!

What happens if I already received the services?

If the services have been delivered by the associate, DnA will mediate a solution and ensure that for both parties there is a satisfactory outcome.  Although DnA is not the ultimate contract partner, be assured that we will do everything we can to ensure that there is a good solution for all involved parties!

Exchange Policy:

Alternatively, we can offer you an alternative service to cover the needs of your organisation. Besides the solutions we have online, our consulting team is able to offer customised solutions to answer any business question you have. We this simple and ensure quick resolution.
