The program

This program is designed to apply the Value Proposition Canvas approach to redesign the way you deliver your services to the client. We took the principle which is mainly used in product innovation and translated the framework to suit teams who support clients every single day. This program is not just an explanation on the Canvas or a short course to understand the principles. The objective is to mentor your organisation or department into customer obsession, and finding the right balance, agility and dynamic to delight customers with the best service and solutions. Ultimately impacting your topline growth by increasing retention!

Module 0. Setting the baseline

  1. 2-hour intake (set the baseline)
  2. 1-hour data analysis (customer reviews, CSAT and NPS)
  3. A pre-course survey amongst team members (optional)
  4. Update materials to suit your companies needs
  5. Build out collateral based on baseline data analysis

Module 1. general introduction to value propositions canvas

In this first session, we will take your team through the principles of the Value Proposition Framework. We will guide them through the framework with practical live examples on how you can apply the principles of the Framework.

Module 2. Building Value Propositions to solve existing challenges

This session is all about your team or department. It’s a workshop where the teams are actively involved in understanding how to apply the principles, and take the first step in describing the current situation. After this workshop the team sets the baseline on which we can start building the vision to where we should be.

Module 3. Building Our Shared Ambition towards Customer Obsession!

Now the fun starts. Together with the team members we take the learnings from Module 2 and start with building the common ambition for the complete team. During this session, the team will inspire to go above and beyond and define improvement area’s which can be achieved on the short, mid and longterm. Customer obsession being brought into practice with a clear plan. commitment and engagement!

Module 4. From ambition to agile the execution!

In this module, we spend time with the teams to make the plan real. We will give you tools on how to manage the initiatives effectively, define the right KPI’s (Both Tangible as Intangible), and ensure that there is structure, focus and commitment! We will build out new values for customer engagements, build-out motivational launch plans which support the cultural as business drivers of the company.

Practical information

This program has been developed with a remote-first policy in mind. However, interventions and sessions can be done on location. The program is customised to the needs of your organisation. Therefore the program can only be joined by team members within your organisation. We strive to have the groups no bigger than 10 persons, however, some sections may be expanded to the wider organisation. Talk to us to define the right approach for your organisation!

All sessions have been designed as virtual sessions. We deliver these globally and use modern technologies to enable quality streaming and communication. Sessions can also be done on inhouse (additional costs may apply). Please note that possible travel restrictions may be applied to the region you are located.
