Laughter Coaching is “any intervention that promotes health and wellness by stimulating a playful discovery [or] expression” and “this intervention may enhance health or be used as a complementary treatment of illness to facilitate healing or coping, whether physical, emotional, cognitive, [or] social’ (Association for Applied and Laughter Therapy). Neuroscientist Jodi Deluca reports, “It doesn’t matter why you laugh. Even in small doses, it improves our overall quality of life.”

The Coaching Program

The coaching process uses practical exercises to draw out your natural laugh with zero jokes. Sam supports you to access your natural laughter and laughs with you. The work uses a gentle process to invite your laughter. Alongside the laughter, we use embodiment (body-based) techniques to recognise your strengths and self-worth and reduce stress. When we stop struggling and stressing, we can finally relax… and that’s when important changes can take place.

About Sam rehan

Sam is a high-impact Well-being Professional and Stress Management expert, who works with teams and individuals in high-pressure environments to maximise and accelerate their thinking brain and calm and soothe their emotional brain. She offers interactive, fun sessions with valuable tools to enhance workplace performance via a strong mind and strong body. Sam teaches professionals how to be well, so they can work well and ultimately lead well.


Sam magnifies mental health through well-being strategies and teaches businesses and executives how to overcome stressful situations using simple, sustainable self-care techniques. She specialises in short methods, backed by science, that work for the long term. Her clients access immediate strategies aimed at reducing unnecessary sources of stress and increasing well-being. Sam has a particular interest in working collaboratively with business leaders to develop and maintain their self-leadership through the foundation of a strong body and mind. Successful self-leadership is a critical factor for individual and organisational achievement and is essential in a changing world.

Not only does Sam customise inspirational well-being programs, she also lives and models those techniques. She uses a gentle, nurturing approach and is mindful to draw out the strengths of the individuals and teams with whom she works, expanding on their skillsets to add and maintain healthier habits. Simple changes lower health risks, which in turn lowers the chance of chronic disease and prolonged absence from work.

Sam’s significant experience includes over 3 decades of expertise from corporate management and training and a background in health, science and scientific research. She has a global outlook: she has been a corporate trainer for 21 years and previously taught medical software to medics and professionals in over 44 locations worldwide. Sam is a Professional Member of the International Stress Management Association and has a BSc. in Biological Sciences, as well as qualifications in anatomy and physiology, holistic therapies (Craniosacral Therapy and EFT) and cognitive coaching. She is a facilitator for ‘The Way of Council’ group process, which offers a way of communicating that encourages attentive listening and honest, compassionate expression and makes room for new insights and understandings in decision-making. Sam is a Mind Instructor for the workplace wellbeing app Revoola, which features over a dozen of her classes. She facilitates with high energy, enthusiasm and expertise. She is also a published author: her health and self-development book Laugh More is available on Audible, Kindle and in print.

EU Law prescribes that for all services acquired via our DnA MarketPlace, 14-days no question asked refund is applicable. If you change your mind or made a mistake. You don´t have to worry. We will refund you the amount paid as long as the services have not been delivered!
